Yea but they can get the character back by contacting kingsisle saying "oh mylittle brother deleted the wiz on accident can I please get it back." Happend to me before, I know you're worried about scammers trust me, I have many vouches plus a wiz101 boosting server where I have a lot of customers who trust me.
