Bold Title and profile highlight are not showing

Hey, could you help me, please. I have Bold Title and profile highlight with blue and red color purchased, but i can't see it. Why is that? Thanks.

Many of your items are disabled.

Go to Shop > My Inventory and click the "settings" link to enable them again.
