The Character is a lvl 70 Dual Curse Templar that currently shocks and kills monsters in groups instantly due to the high damage while the stragglers are dealt with by the offensive aura.
BASICS
The current skillset is mainly Lightning Tendrils for both singe target and AOE due to the high damage output.
The solo monsters scattered around are handled by Herald of Thunder, while this aura puts two curses(Conductivity and Warlord's Mark) on most of the enemies,sustaining the character both mana- and healthwise while increasing the damage output. With Lightning Tendrils deals damage in multiple damage instances during a short period of time and the shock chance provided by the skill tree as well as by conductivity, Herald of Thunder is proceed most of the time. As such, Lightning Tendrils deals a tremendous amount of damage while it is stunning even unique mobs due to the 66% Lightning Resistance reduction and shock.The character is self sustaining with high damage output and decent HP pool.
Currently the single target and the AOE are provided by the same gem composition, however they can be separated. Since concentrated effect reduces the AOE significantly, if the buyer prefers less damage but a wider range for Tendrils, Concentrated Effect can be swapped out for another offensive gem for AOE clear and another set of gems can be added that focuses on single target damage including Concentrated Effect. For higher sustainability for someone who will use the build for the first time, I decided that I include Life Leech into the build instead of elemental proliferation, since the high cast speed shocks most monsters anyway.
Elemental Reflect is currently insignificant due to the Life Leech game, Warlord's Mark and Vaal Pact combination. Without the Life Leech gem it would still be better to keep it because of the significant damage output.
STATS
The character has 3500 HP and 150 ES with all Elemental Resistances Capped(Cold 73% though).Physical reduction is mediocre, but due to the massive amount of stun from Lightning Tendrils, the Templar rarely takes any damage.Also as the Templar progresses further on, Grace can be included and Iron Reflexes is relatively close to the current standing of the tree.As mentioned above, the character is self sustaining, meaning you don't need to use your flasks continuously to progress.
STASH
The Stash contains few Chaos worth of currencies and some gems that dropped during the leveling process.
BUILD
The builds is not too gear dependent, the tree takes care of the high damage output, so the gear can be more defensive. Weapon-wise the character has a 5 link staff with decent spell damage on it.
The two most important links are Lightning Tendrils+Faster Casting+Lightning Penetration+Life Leech(Can be swapped with Elemental Proliferation based on preference)+Concentrated Effect and Herald of Thunder+Curse on Hit+Warlord's Mark+Conductivity.
Since the Templar is relatively weak towards physical damage, the usual Cast When Damage Taken+Enduring Cry+Molten Shell+Immortal call is decently leveled and helps out on that regard. Also since one of the curses is Warlord's Mark, most of the time the character has 3 Endurance Charges running.
For AOE burst clear there is Lightning Penetration+Vaal Storm Call set up and for unreachable Unique Bosses, there is emergency Flame Blast+Chance to Ignite Leveled. I also Leveled an Arc with the character, so if someone prefers that route, a pure Arc-build is possible with the current tree as well.
MASTERS
All masters are decently leveled, but two of the key masters are the highest (Catarina caster stats,Elreon accessories stats.) All favor gained while leveling is in tact, nothing has been spent on the hideout yet, so you can customize your own lair to your liking.
