F2p Magic the Gathering, except its a lot worse.

Its fun but the meta makes it very stale and forces people to play very specific decks. There's no real customization out there unless you're willing to take a lot of losses to have fun.

I think it was a good move by them to introduce it for the ipad, definitely makes school better!

The game got real boring real fast.

The only cool feature is you can play it on an ipad with ease, so you can play it wherever you go pretty much

However If I'm actually home and looking for a game to play, I never end up choosing hearthstone. Just my 2 cents

Niche market game, definitely not for the masses which is surprising for blizzard. Maybe they were hoping that putting their name on it would expand this niche market.

Personally having played MTG it got boring and did not hold my interest.

I just fell across the this thread as I just registered, but it's pretty funny in hindsight considering that Hearthstone have been a massive succes for Blizzard and their publisher Activision.

At first i didn't even like the concept of HS. Then one day i got a beta invite and i immediately started to enjoy it.

I don't play it as much as i used too, but it's still a great game. RNG is just part of it, just like any other card game.

Well, i stopped playing HS after they did add unbalanced cards, now everyone got legendaries from the latest Naxxramux event.
