Blizzard next expansion spoiler!

Blizzard has already announced a new playable class for the next expansion, the shadow hunter.

The Shadow Hunter class is a very unique class. The main concept behind it was to have a class similar to Vol'jin, leader of the Troll race. A Shadow Hunter will have an equal amount of range and melee attacks and will include a tameable demon pet. There will be a variety of pets to choose from, however each pet will possess the same three special abilities.

- Shadowfury: Shadowfury is unleashed, causing X to Y Shadow damage and stunning all enemies within 8 yds for 2 sec.- 60 second cooldown

- Shadowstep: Causes (pet name) to step through the shadows and appear behind an enemy target. - 45 second cooldown

- Shadow Nova: Summon the claws of Demon Lord (name unavailable), snaring all enemies within 8 yds for 6 seconds. - 25 second cooldown


The three specs will have an emphasis on the Shadow Hunter's melee abilities, range abilities, or pet abilities, depending on which is chosen. To see when more information will be released regarding the Shadow Hunter class click here!

I believe they have said they are going to level 100. So there should be 4 more if they are going in 5's now instead of 10's.

The next expansion is supposed to be called Emerald Dream or something of that nature.

really, there isn't much information out there about the next expansion to really be claiming the name or changes/additions. Here is pretty much all the information out there on the next expansions, and it isn't much.

In the past, Blizz has been pretty consistent on new classes, example the DK was a hybrid but it was original. Why would they make something that is VERY similar to a hunter, IMO its not true.
