Blizzard just announced Battle.net Balance which is basically a virtual wallet for BNet players in both WoW and D3. Any money earned from the D3 auction house will automatically go into the wallet, with the catch being you can't exchange it for cash. So your money is stuck there.

This basically means, Blizzard will force sellers to cash out, via Paypal, after every auction having 4 fees minimum.

Listing, closing, cashout and Paypal fee.

While this will suck for sellers using the D3 auction system, it's good for us, since sellers will be able to make much more money buy selling their D3 items here for free.
Coming Soon: Battle.net Balance - Diablo III

What do you guys think?

It's definitely a good thought to open up a Diablo 3 subforum for resellers. I for one will have no interest in WoW when D3 drops, so I don't see the point of exchanging it for Blizzard game cards and what not, and definitely not looking forward to those Paypal fees.

Banned - You may not threaten this site or it's staff/users.
Wait so, let me get this straight

- You list auction for a fee
- You close auction for a fee
- You now have a choice: send to blizz balance or cash out to paypal for another 2 fees?

if so I definitely see a boon to the RMT community there

also, if it is true you cannot use the AH for hardcore mode (assuming you can still trade in game on hardcore) I see a lot of people trading out of game for hardcore items
