Sales Agreement
This Sales agreement dated this 4th day of July, 2012
BETWEEN

(the 'Seller')

1. Background
The parties wish to enter into a transaction for the sale and delivery of 85 Male Goblin Mage
World of Warcraft.

I hereby irrevocably relinquish all rights, and interests to the above listed assest.

I certify this as my digital signature.(the 'goods') and have agreed to the following terms.
2. Consideration
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of $375.00 United States Dollars (USD), the receipt of which
from the Purchaser is hereby acknowledged, the Seller hereby sells and transfers the Goods to the
Purchaser. The Purchaser will pay by PayPal.
A payment of $375.00 United States Dollors (usd) shall be made on July 16th, 2012, with the remainder
to be paid as described in the Payment Schedule below.
3.Payment Schedule
The Purchaser will pay the Seller payment for the Goods at such time as the Purchaser receives the
Goods from the Seller per the payment schedule.
4.Delivery
The Seller will send the Goods to the Purchaser. The Purhcaser will furnish the costs asscoiated with transfer.
5.Warranties
The Seller warrants that:
1: The Seller will assist Purchaser in any account issue that may occur with said account
Ban, Lock, Proof of Ownership etc.
2: I the seller will assist the Purchaser with the sale of said account if he should choose
to do so.
3: The Puchaser understand that this warranty only persist for the original Purchaser and
warranty is void if traded, sold or banned on purpose.
6: Security interest
The Seller retains a security interest in Goods until the full payment is obtained from the Purchaser.
7: The agreement
1: 85 Male Goblin Mage World of Warcraft
will be transferred to "Purchase Name" with the first initial deposit of 25usd.
2: The second payment of 350usd will be made on or before July 27th, 2012 from the initial deposit of 25usd.
3: I will hereby assist "Purchase Name" by giving him extension if needed on payment
plan under severe circumstances and must "Respect my Authority"
4: After verbal warning with Purchaser if full payment is not received will recall account until paid in full.
I "Purchaser Name" hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms of this request to transfer
assets and further acknowledge that the terms of this request are binding regardless of any other agreement
between myself and the recipient of this asset.
