He doesnt accept p&p and say he is from brazil and cant accept that way of payment. He will ask for steam gift card.
He will use stollen pictures from different trade websites.
Feel free to add him or bully.
Such people dont deserve any human kind to be treated correctly.

Update:
He unblocked me and was begging to give him another 50$ if I want the account.
He will insist to give him first 50$ and will give the account after being already scammed once and says to trust him
