This guy accepts to go first while dealing , then he sends an invoice saying that you'll receive this money in 24 hours , its non refundable & paypal got you covered.

Please dont believe those things. He just writes them on the invoice himself.

I was had by a fake Paypal invoice yesterday as well. I didn't really lose anything of substantial value, and I knew Paypal wasn't always the safest bet, but damn, I ever expected it possible to falsify a fake invoice in under a minute. Paypal is so bad right now I'm not sure why anyone would accept it.
