Being impersonated. How to prevent people from getting scammed?

Does Epic have a function to warn users?

Like there was a forum I forgot the name, it provided a warning tag on certain accounts "Beware, this user is being impersonated always verify on site"

Someone already got scammed 50 euros because of this. Idk what to do
