It's most likely that you got scammed. Any legit seller would give you the account info right after they have received the payment.

Well I've opened my dispute in paypal and they've replied saying they sent me the infromation three times and I confirmed it. Being stupid I didn't realise there was a aervice to check someone out!

Can't escalate this until 4th August though, is there a way to escalate quicker?
