Yea always do FnS (with GnS I always make sure to be able to have proof incase they refund). Are u at least able to contact PayPal and show proof that they actually received the item?

Yes i have pictures showing that they got the right product and were originally satisfied and I contacted paypal but they told me that I should message the customer
