Hey guys. I am not going to post the format for the scam template. But this is just a little warning to all. I know Toonvendor is already banned, but let this be a FINAL warning to anyone that is still " friends" with him:

There is a PLETHORA amount of people he is scamming this month. Those included are Mmo-armory, others, myself and many others! I also have emails from his other customers. Anyways I am going to be going to the authorities, since I did pay him with MoneyPak, it is considered a tangible item.

Here is one email from a customer:

He has stolen over $600 from me now. There is no way I can get my $ back since it was via MoneyPak. He also stole $2000 from MMO-armory and $200-600 from various other people this month.

Hello.

My name is Rochelle , and I have been involved in some of your son's ToonVendor services. I have done some transactions for John and things have been fine. Up until recently, he has asked me to do 3 MoneyPak transactions for him, and I was being willing and helping him with this. Each transaction was over $300 USD.
John was apparently supposed to do some services for some of these customers, but never delivered. Now these customers are quite upset, and I have had to fight several disputes on paypal due to John's actions. My paypal acct is negative $234. I had 80+ in there and one of the disputes is charging back $300. There is also another customer of his who is also my friend, but he won't be charging me back. So that makes a total of $600.
I have tried nicely to message John about this, but I get ignored. I waited for 4-5 days for him to at least tell me truthfully what is going on, but he is ignoring me. He has been doing this to several other people as well. He has now shut his phone off. If I don't hear anything back by Monday, I am going to be contacting the police. This is a serious crime and he could face Larceny charges for theft.
My number is [COLOR=#00AFFD !important] 269-350-3371. If you could please call me or get him to tell me what is going on, that would be great. I am sitting negative $ here. I use that paypal for my mother's business to sell ebay items. Once you pay for a Moneypak and give the # to someone, that $ is gone for good. It is just like Western Union. I am trying to be civil about this. I am also a bit scared for your safety. Someone has taken photographs of your house, your wife and family and your car. Look at what this person emailed me and posted on a private forum in regards to Zak/John

What I found amusing was his father, mother, and girlfriend all liked his Toon Vendor services on facebook. Are they all in on the fraud? He recently deleted his instagram and personal website for reasons unknown...?

thanks for posting this, Rmysidia. i'm gary and have been in touch you since yesterday, regarding my $300 that i also moneypak'd John since Nov 19. it was not an account transaction, but a personal loan. he claimed he had a personal emergency. he's been mia, and his business associate "kevin key" has not been able to contact him either.

the difference between this scam and others i've experienced, is that Toonvendor is a known person. i'm friends with him on facebook, and i recently discovered who his parents are on facebook. since he's not anonymous, this is going to be very messy for him, as far as his RL reputation goes.

what i find most disturbing is that regular scams prey upon faceless individuals. he knowingly solicited and accepted a loan from me via text message, stated re-payment terms, and ceased contact altogether.

[i've recently emailed Zak's father and mother on Facebook without result. his father defends his actions simply on the logic that others have cheated his son as well. i guess with that sense of skewed logic, i'm not surprised Zak has chosen his course of action. i've emailed Zak on facebook requesting payback of my $300 money pak loan, and have subsequently been defriended and blocked. he hasn't texted or emailed me back, except for that one action of defriending me, which speaks volumes.

so my next campaign is "public shaming." i will email all 1,036 of his friends on Facebook the following. my next course of action will be legal action. if your case is as simple as mine to prove... and resolve.... by all means, contact Rmysidia and coordinate your efforts with ours. i talked with Koawinter last night... it's really sad hearing all these stories about Zak's business practices. if you know Zak personally, and wish to warn him about this "campaign." by all means, do so. he will know this is coming soon enough from his own Facebook friends.]

back on Nov. 19, 2012, Zak texted me about "being in a bind" and needing $300 to pay back some people. without question, i told him i'd send him the money. he requested money pak, which is a faster version of western union. he said he'd easily pay it back in 48 hours so i was not worried. i let thanksgiving holidays pass without contacting him, out of respect. on Dec. 1, i sent my first text message to him regarding my payback and received no response.


i sent him a facebook message and was subsequently defriended and blocked.


so why did i email you and why should you care? you're not the only one i'm emailing. i'm emailing everyone on Zak's friend's list, in the hopes that someone can talk some sense into him before i escalate this into a civil case in small claims court. the sad thing is the first person i messaged was his own father, John Fitch, and mother, Lisa. shockingly, rather than acknowledge that his son was in trouble and had made a mistake, John defended his son and indirectly justified his actions because other people had taken advantage of him. his father also cited John being very sick for months, had lost his job, and lost the ability to pay his phone bills. unfortunately, Zak did not use free email to inform me of any of this. had he told me and made arrangements for some payment plan, i would've been sympathetic and might not have had to contact complete strangers for their help. neither did he tell me of his grave illness when he asked me for money. we talked on the phone before i sent him the money, he seemed fine and had told me that he just started a new job selling cars. unfortunately, i don't know what or who to believe anymore.


you don't have any reason to care about my particular problem with Zak. minimally, this email serves to show you a side of Zak that hopefully, you need not ever see.


i know i'm putting you in a strange position, but $300 is rent money, it's a substantial portion of a mortgage payment. this is not simply dinner money.


i'm simply asking that you contact Zak with a brief email or text asking him to get in touch with me. and with that simple act, you will have helped me out a lot, since i cannot reasonably negotiate with someone who is ignoring me. not without a lawyer i can't.


i'm attaching photos to show you our exchanged texts. i'm a regular guy with a gf and a house, not anyone who would concoct some complicated scheme to extract money from strangers. i'm very dedicated to helping my family run their small business.
