What is the dispute about?
The account was recalled by the original owner. The account owner claims he was hacked and he did not sell me his account back in February. That being said, I do have email notifications from PlayerAuctions (Where he originally listed the account and then EpicNPC because PA only wanted me to pay via Crypto which was not possible at the time for me). Furthermore, he recalled the account with PearlAbyss in order to reclaim his account. You will see below a conversation on Discord after we confronted him on the matter. He left the chat as soon as we set up a voice call and I recognized his voice (we were on call when I did the original trade guardian transaction and several other times before as well).

Moving on, @Virel deleted all of his messages to me on discord which spanned from before I bought the account to after. I will show a few screenshots as this would contain hundreds of screenshots for the full conversation.
Payment Screenshots (make sure the accused email is visible): The payment screenshots can be seen in the Trade Guardian thread as I posted them there. @useeds was also the MM used.

I have below all of his social media and twitch information as he is a streamer. You can see that he changed all of his twitch channels and socials to his new nickname: Leriv from Virelo after we confronted him. He also made his Twitch channel VODS sub only mode when we confronted him. The reason he did this is because his voice is on the VODS which can be recognized.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? Yes, he's a streamer and provided me his D.O.B and such but the messages were all deleted on Discord. That being said, you can see the original owner checked on the initial thread.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? PearlAbyss Username and password, Gmail Username and password
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Purchase dates are above
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it. I do not have a support ticket about this, it was recalled as per the Discord messages above and the Gmail that was provided did not contain any form of password/id resets from PearlAbyss, it was directly changed as the original owner claimed he was hacked.
Important note: @nguyen222 and I have already charged back the pearl purchases we made on the account and it is a significant amount, therefore the account will be banned by Pearl Abyss. We already know that @Virel will not refund us as he already claimed he was hacked. We are posting this so that everyone is aware this streamer is a thief. @nguyen222 and I are already resolving the refunding issues on our own so we have no disagreements there. We're just looking for EpicNPC to please take action and ban this individual.
