For starters, yes, I did read the thread by Knucklehead, and while the question is answered, not in the sense I am looking for. Basically, here's the deal: I merged by original Warcraft account that I have had for nearly a year (original account NOT in my name, made the Battle.net account in my name) essentially the day the system came live. A few days afterward, I purchased an account from KcJ, and naively decided to merge it with my Battle.net account and transfer the Mage (character I purchased), to the account I had originally merged.
tldr:
Created Battle.net Account in my name > Merged first account (different name) > Merged second account (different name) > transferred character from second account to first account with no issues.
Basically, what I'm curious is this: if I call Blizzard and attempt to un-merge the SECOND account from the Battle.net account, will the entire Battle.net account be at risk, and what are the odds they will un-merge it if I make up some [censored], yet seemingly legitimate, story?
Thanks in advance, and sorry if this is confusing.
