Battle.net "Account not found" issue

I purchased a Hearthstone account on here but now am unable to log in as both battle.net and Hearthstone say "incorrect username or passowrd". Furthermore when I tried to recover account on battle.net it says that the email address that I changed it to does not exist. Please help. Was it changed without me knowing? I have no record of it changing away from me in my email.

What can I do? In order to contact customer service I need photo id and names etc..

It's possible the person who sold it to you might've recovered it without your knowledge or permission. We have a dispute section where we'll do our best to get to the bottum of it. This section can be found here.
