"Based Prez" or "Nicholas Stephens" Still trying to scam users for their accounts

I've seen multiple reports of this dude scamming other users for their League accounts.

He added me the other day asking me about the account I was selling. Once I sent him a thread where he was being called a scammer he blocked me and stopped all communication.

Be wary, folks. He may be banned but he's still at it.

right click his skype username and select Profile Details. That shows his real Skype username.
