Banned account - multiple

Hi , i've on account exor1990, and i posted in euro wow accounts, but the info about the post doesnt appear. So i decided to create a new user "julianasantos" to make my post on forum... But the psot didnt appear too, and then i got banned reason : multiple acount... Can u dont ban this account, and let me post in forum?
