Hi @EpicNPC CM , it appears Blizzard has temporarily (?) stopped responding to my tickets even after I provided evidence of change in IP address (to claim that account was hacked and used to bot). I am afraid that this will keep going on as the first ticket sent by OP to Blizzard probably reduced the chances for further replies

It appears Blizzard isn't going to give us anymore info or reverse the ruling, so in that case we will go with a 50/50 split as we cannot prove who got the account banned

50% refund must be issued.

Sorry but i must wholeheartedly disagree with this decision, I have sold more than 10 accounts using EPICNPC and have had no issues with any buyers, only this particular guy. Why must I issue 50% refund when he was the one (clearly) who got it banned for botting and is trying to get his money back?

If he didn't wanted to get the account banned, he shouldn't have botted it in the first place.

Do what you must to me but if your decision is to suspend my account over such stupid ruling, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Sorry, this is how we handle these situations, it's your word against theirs, and there is no way of proving who did the botting.

@omgsosorry 24 hrs to resolve.
