I have two small FCs for sale on the Balmung server.
First is a Goblet 20 FC, located right on the Brimming Heart. You can step out your door to the bar area.
The other is a Lavender Beds 29. The small in the Lavender Beds that its own island and land bridge.
Obviously, there is a 30 day wait before you can assume full ownership, but in the meantime, I don't mind simply setting you up as leader/owner of the FC and allowing you to do your thing.
As far as payment -- Gil, Paypal, CashApp and Venmo I can accept, as well as Google Pay.
