I am selling a Beautiful Medium FC House in Balmung Shirogane - PLOT 13
Plot is right next to the market board and has a wonderful waterfall/bridge right next to it!
I'd recommend visiting any Shirogane plot 13 so see the layout of the land.
It is currently professionally decorated inside and outside, but feel free to blow it all up and make it your own!
Balmung is the HARDEST server to get housing in, please do not compare pricing against other servers.
Due to FC transfer restrictions, after purchasing, you will be invited to the FC and ownership will be transferred to you after 30 days (and I will leave of course lol!)
If you are excited and want to start decorating, I can always assign you a rank in which you can get started decorating etc.
Its understandable you may have some doubts, considering you will be dropping a large amount of money on something. If there is anything I can do to help ease your worries please let me know. I will be more than happy to provide proof of ownership or give you a tour if you are interested.
