What is the dispute about?
This guy first contacted me via both Telegram and Discord (Bigmega#8312) to buy my Nintendo service I posted on EpicNPC. Everything went smoothly and he sent me payment. Today, I asked him to log in my account again to play Nintendo games because I reset my password. However, this time he uses a new device to sign in. The thing is, whenever you sign in, I will receive an email that shows the serial number and location of the device. Last time, his console was from Portugal. This time, it's from United States. You can't fake the location on Nintendo device.
This means that either he has moved to United States, or he resells my service to someone else without my knowledge and behind my back. This can cause serious consequence because once he has a fraud intention to the customers, then I will be the one who has to handle issues that are not caused by me. It will hurt my reputation. I believe this should be considered the same type as scam/fraud since he has not informed to be anything about his sketchy business, but he already uses my account to resell the gamesharing access to other people. I consider this a threat if he does not face consequences by doing this to people.
I have clear and sufficient proof that he is reselling the gamesharing access from my account to someone else because I created a dummy discord account to contact him to buy the service, while using my original discord account to sell the service to him. Please see below:
