Bad trade, help me?

In advance, I'm sorry if I'm not suppose to post something like this here, I tried looking for where I could and didn't find anything.If a mod reads this, please redirect it to the correct forum

I recently traded my 80 paladin for an 80 mage, the "trade" went fine, if you want to call it a trade. The person I've traded with says he is the OO, but he doesn't have the SQA to change his email to mine(says his cousin has it), and he wants me to put my paladins account email under his, I refused to do so, but he keeps pestering me about it, should I just tell him he can keep his mage and I get my paladin back?

Note: His cousin is apparently in Iraq and wont be back to give him the SQA for months...
