Just letting everyone know do not use ArenaRating.com

I purchased an arena boost to gladiator title in late 2014 for over $600 usd. I had to ask repeatedly for someone to start the arena boost over many months. Someone eventually logged on, did some arena and my account got flagged and I received a written warning and no title at the end of the season.

They repeatedly assured me over the next season they would start and finish it. They never have. I think the next season may have actually ended. I began to request a refund, they stopped replying to me. And now they make no attempt to talk to me at all. Many months have past with random replies of "we will start soon" - thats it. It's been a good lesson and now I'm telling the story all but to late.

In short, its been almost 1.5 years. My PayPal time elapsed. I strongly advise against anyone using arenarating.com.

admin note: SpecializedMMO has provided evidence showing a partial refund for $250 was provided to RavenBHK on April 3rd, 2016.

Did you ever get this issue resolved with them?

Honestly no. They ripped me off. I lost my previous arena title, my account got 3 day suspension. They refused to refund the full amount because "they already paid carrier". Which they later sacked anyway for doing private business with customers.

I accepted a half refund purely purely so I could recoup some money. Their very own terms and conditions at the time said full refund for any disqualification. They also did not offer to redo gladiator. They said we will give you a complimentery boost to 2200. With the same carrier that got my account suspended.

To to be honest I got f**ked over. But I managed to get some money back better then nothing. They don't honour their terms and conditions.

Also I've used blazingboost before to. There also 50:50. They sometimes deliver. They pretty much pulled the same dodgy **** that these guys did.

All companies down sell the risk. But honestly for anyone reading this, there's a bigger risk then you realise. Basically long story short flip a coin. There's a small chance a real chance you can lose your account. Ive purchased a lot of **** in wow. I regularly bought gold. I paid for raid boosts. I paid for pvp boosts. If you don't care about money then do it. But honestly I regret not buying a house or a new car. I've spent $10,000 on boosts. Don't make my mistakes. And I've dealt with over 8 companies. Some were okay. But when push comes to shove there all from Spain or Thailand, Boosters using vpns. It's not worth it. Pay for coaching instead of a cheap title.

When hen I had my 2600 rating ( btw I was already 2200 player) you notice all the fakes. It's super toxic because so many people boosted and want to team with you. But play at 1500 skill. And even when your 2600, 2200 still smack talk you all day long that there better players even though you have title they don't. Winning a wow argument is like winning a loaf of bread. Go outside do something better with your time. That's my advise.

He also advertised on my account in trade chat for selling boosts not gold.

What did they say when you try to get the rest of your refund?
