All APC heroes are max lvl with most offensive skills maxed out. Some of defensive skills also maxed out, several just unlocked. I got great 3 sets of vehicle heroes sets + 1 fighters set (I got also 1 shooter's set, but don't have copies of SX heroes to be useful)
APC parts: 1 x full gold phantom set (half of second one), 1 x gold tire, 2 x gold suspension frame and 1 x purple tire of trailblazer set (I'm creating phantom ones only, but buing all parts for figthers and shooters also production parts)
