The base 16s are all good farm bases that will earn you good rss.
The base 19, has good heroes and will also get good rss,
the base 20 is a missile base that can get your tremendous amounts of rss if you wish. It is very close to unlocking combustion missiles. (At this time, from what has been seen no else has combustion missiles, or at the very least, no one has used them. If anyone does have them, there are no more than 3-4 people with them.) This base also has decent heroes, Good gathering speed and load capacity, will be a big help.

*** This is a fairly new state, as of today we are in our first DD, this base is on the higher end of bases within this state.

The base is now b23, there is a b20 farm, b19 farm, b18 farm, b17, b16, and two additional b13 farms. All apc research is max, vehicle research 64% zone com almost maxed.
State migration has now begun in this state, this base has two migration permits, feel free to move out! there are no migration permits on the farms though.
Additionally this base has a FULL ARMY of t8 and t8 enhanced vehicles.
There are two APCs with fully awaken and leveled orange heroes with all t8 or t8 enhanced.
Because migration has begun a lot of people moved out, this state (742) is very weak as a result. The upside to this is that this base is amongst the 10 strongest in the state, also getting an official position is extremely likely because the remaining strong players are all in the same alliance as this base.
There are 400k diamonds now
Here are some worthwhile mentions Destroya lvl 50 all abilities unlocked, razor lvl 46, all abilities except the final one unlocked, once he is lvl 50 you can get his final ability, the orange hero tokens are already there saved up.
