1. I DO NOT care about the characters on the account, but I DO CARE about the skystones/bookmarks.
2. MUST BE UNVERIFIED AND GLOBAL REGION. (Or linked to a dummy gmail).
3. It doesnt have to be a starter account, but I would prefer if it was.
