As the title states, I'm looking to get a hold of a legacy FF14 account, though that's potentially negotiable depending on what else is on the account [such as rare mounts/glams]. I have not yet decided on a max budget (though it's likely to be ~$1500 USD), so I'll just be taking any offers and looking through them for now. I will only be using EpicNPC middleman for this transaction, and yes, I'm okay with fronting those costs. One thing I will be asking for is the original email access/account, as I've been burned from that before. Cheers!
