I am selling a top tier account for Avrora server. Don't have the time to play it and sad to see it get dusted. It is level 78 in the screenshot, might be higher when you inquire. I spent quite a lot of time and money on it, got the main pvp ships wedded: hood, akagi, kaga. It is sitting very much above majority of the players I would like to say. I have reached top 10 rankings multiple times (admiral of the navy rank).
