Avatar bug

My avatar was not loading anymore so i tried checking the "do not use an avatar" box , so i could upload a new one , but i still don't get an option to upload an image and can't uncheck the "do not use" box either.
The reset fields button doesn't do anything either.
I tried in mozilla/opera/ie .
