Automatic Thread Bump Issue

I think my automatic thread bump (30 days) is not working anymore. I use the evade bump timer whenever I can so that might have caused the issue.

Yes, we made an undated on Monday evening that caused a bug. It was reported and identified on Tuesday and I thought it was be quickly fixed so I didn't make an announcement. It took a bit longer than expected, but it was fixed this morning so the issue should now be resolved.
