For some reason people seem to think onces the payment has been sent to their bank account it is okay. You could not be farther from the truth, infact, you will just have a negative balance for a month and after that you will get a phone call from paypal giving you one month to pay the negative balance.
If you do not, they will give it to the collection agency and then you will be really screwd. What ever bank account it was sent to will have to pay the funds back... Believe me i know, i went thruogh this already... no matter what you say u will never win. GG paypal
