After this i loged on his "Repped page" found the users MSN account and tried talking to them, they where oddly offline.
TL;DR
The account sounded to good to be true, and when all i had to do was check via google his email lol to find a few times hes been denied the chance to scam hopefully an admin can find his IP and ban him from the forums.
