I'm not looking to downgrade much, you either much have AMAZING PVE gear (or pvp) or have around 5,5k gs with INCREDIBLE VANITY/achievements, multiple characters are also a plus, I AM NOT LOOKING FOR ALLIANCE AT ALL unless you're paying for the faction change. I'd also prefer you to be the OO, if not I require you to have the OOs ID SCAN.

He's mutilate, however has 264 mainhands and some other weapons for combat and a lot of arp gear.
