Kafka can be slower for more attack if ruan mei isn't on the field (head, body, and planar orb)

Traces are at least lvl 7 for most characters with important skills at lvl 9 (dr ratio followup, ruanmei(all), bronya ult/skill, etc. jingliu is fully maxed out except for basic and ult at lvl 5, and lvl 9.
