Ignores my messages

After i bought the account it became locked after buying valorant points in a different currency and trying to contact support, then support from riot asked for verification from the owner, but as on this thread it says he is the original owner but actually isn't, ive been trying to contact him if he can give me anymore details even if he isn't the real owner or the one using it. But he is just ignoring my messages. highly would be careful if you buy an account and it gets locked. I do not know how to report or file a complain on this forum, but ill just give a feedback.
