What is the dispute about?
I have the whole conversation saved in my discord about trying to by a ashes of creation account founders edition with the seller on your site. after sending the money to him I waited for so long for the information after time has gone by up until now I have chat evidence that the member gave the account to his brother or never had a founders account to begin with and we tried settling through paying him extra a larger package for a deal and it still not being settled . I was finally able to make a dispute on your site because I worked off a military base where the IP wasn't being accepted I'm currently back home now and can dispute this issue.
