I started playing on a new US ARK server and the guys are really dedicated to it, active admins awesome players and the rates are 10x right now because it just launched, it's usually 5x rates. The level cap is 100...
Don't know if you've seen how many milionnnnssss of servers there are, but these things open and close it's ridiculous. So when one find people are really dedicated you need to give them a little boost.
They have a steam advert as well which I can paste for all the info etc... Support them it's a really fun game

Players wanted level cap of 100, ask and ye shall receive! Max Level is now 100!
Rules:
We will where it's not severe, give at least one warning. I've said it before and I'll say it again... There's no such thing as a third chance. One chance, Another chance, and you're gone. Every time you screw up, it could cost us players and simply I can't afford that to happen.
Also as a guideline and not a rule, for the sake of the server population, where possible, players that have abundance of resources should aim to share some to promote smaller/new players to grow a little faster in order to promote growth.
We have active admins on various time zones to make sure if something goes wrong we can help.

- Players under the level of 20 should be left alone.
- Grieving and killing of passive dino's should be avoided, especially enclosed dino's on passive.
- Steal only what you need and don't destroy everything if possible, do not raid for the sake of destroying. If you don't need it, don't dump stuff to decompose.
- Please don't abuse the in game chat. Excessive flaming/insulting/raging of any kind will result in a kick (warn) and further to a ban (2 days). (Applies to voice as well)
- No stealing of tames, if someone is already in the process of taming a dino consider the dino claimed.
- While a player is taming do not kill the player, this does not apply to fights in progress and can't be used as a save my life and tranq a dodo technique.
- Do not kill on sight without first directly interacting with them in a hostile way via either voice or text chat. Interacting in a hostile way is defined as giving a individual or group a demand and consequence.
- Do not block artifact caves in any way.
