Other information: Laila#8068 contacted me thru discord at first, I searched the ID in epicnpc to see reviews/multiple accounts, etc. Nothing weird about it so we proceeded with the trade guardian for trade of arknights and fgo. Game was playing fine the day of the trade, next day (3/28/2020) in the morning I tried to login and the account is banned. Contacted him thru discord, got no response so here we are.

What is the dispute about? The Arknights account traded got banned the next day after the trade. I contacted support due to obvious reasons, and the answer was that it is banned because the person was exploiting illegal payment loopholes to get benefits (so I guess now I am in trouble because an email of mine is attached to it).
Other details / notes: I contacted the person and got no answer.
