It might take a while to set up a team for you. I would try to catch them on MSN or something at least before you make false assumptions about them scamming you. I had absolutely 0 issues reaching them on MSN. Within minutes I was chatting with them...
If you already transferred to the target realm and did the requested faction change then that's a plus so far. Just make sure you contact them to see what the issue is since I frankly don't believe they would just ignore you. I'm sure there is just a some sort of communication problem.
I can't believe they would lure you to pay them and then don't meet their end of the bargain. As written before, I bought a speed gladiator package and everything went really smooth for me.
Just contact them on MSN and I assure you they will do everything they can to get you the achievement within the 3 weeks period.
Ps. I highly doubt your account is worth anything to them if they can get about any rank1 they would want and play this game professionally. They don't need your gold either since their knowledge about the game isn't exactly limited to Arena PVP if you get what I mean.

Arenarating is professional, friendly, and flexible. My lessons with their pros couldn't be better. I felt like the items I wanted to cover might be too basic for their extremely advanced crew, but nope. The crew has welcomed all of my questions, been thoughtful, fun and provided more insight than I hoped I would walk away with. This is the best gaming money that I have spent. Smashing good!

I just wanted to share my experience with SpecializedMMO, and post for the few of you who have qualms about giving up your account information to a stranger: Joe (^this guy) is one of the most trustworthy, honest, and genuine people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting through these forums. It's really hard to say who you consider a friend, and who you consider just a stranger when talking over forums, but, I think I can honestly say Joe is a friend.

I dont think I need to say more about AR, but I really need to tell you AGAIN THIS GUYS ARE PRO!!2700 in 3 days with 81-19 (over 80%) and only 2 hours each day.

I ordered Glad pack 2 for season 9 , and there was a bit of a problem, not with Arenarating but one of the customer who was put in a group with me went afk and never answered any calls or emails. Arenarating worked quickly to solve this issue and replaced him. And within a week i was already at 2200 rating and very happy to wait for next reset to get my tier 2 weapon. There are 2 representatives for Arenarating and they are both very helpful and friendly and take their time to answer your questions and your concerns. This company is very recommended by me and it is trustworthy. Will use it in the future again and recommend to all my buddies.

I used this server to powerlevel a guy for me from 75 to 85 ( ive done to many and cant stand leveling anymore). A support person was on aim at 1 in the morning when i decided to do this and helped me with some questions and concerns before we began. Once i gave them the money they got on immediately and got to work. They quoted me 2 and 1/2 days and got it done in under two. I promised to keep you updated on a daily basis but couldn't because of real life issues so I'll make you guys a huge post about the week that has passed.
As stated before, i purchased the Gladiator speed package. This is the service that gives you the 2.7k achievement in less then 3weeks. I'll start by saying this first: My warlock got 2.7k in 3v3 last night.
They did it. They got me the 2.7k rating and only needed about 3nights of playing.Not hard for the most pro players Europe has to offer.
Since they needed only 3 nights of playing arena to get the order done means that the entire order was finished in 1 week. These guys don't waste time.
The first night.
I got contacted by Arenarating.com on msn so i could provide my authenticator code and i had the chance to chat with Terry.Terry is the force behind Arenarating.com and probably the most busy person you'll ever meet. Not hard to be busy if you run such a successful service like him. Nonetheless he took the time to answer all my questions, to set up xfire for me so i could watch the private stream while they played and all kinds off little things.Basically i could ask him help about virtually anything. He would always do his best to help out.
I'll continue to say that I really liked the casual chat with him. Terry is downright awesome. (no homo)
The players logged on and the team was ready to go. Because of early work in the morning, I decided to just go to sleep.
The next morning I logged on and saw the team had 2343 rating. They climbed from 0 to 2343 during the first night.
The second night
I got contacted by Terry again, saying the team was ready to go. We set up the xfire but xfire was bugging out all the time. They continued to try to get the stream up but after an hour of trying we agreed that it would be better to stop trying to get the stream to work since it was obvious xfire was bugged. They did everything they could and this really pleased me. If they went to such lengths to just get a stream up, I figured they would be just as dedicated on getting the order done. I watched a movie and went to bed after a couple of hours. They were still queueing...
The next morning I saw the team was at 2678 rating. I Lol'd irl since that was only 22rating below the goal. This after 2 nights of playing? unbelievable. The order said it would be done in 3weeks. They almost nailed it in 2 nights. Later I found out by friends that there weren't a lot of teams queueing that night meaning the team was slowed down in progress a lot. Otherwise they would had gotten 2.7k without a doubt.
The third night
Terry called me on my cellphone since i wasn't home at that time. I carried my authenticator with me and was able to give him the code needed for the team to log on my account. Xfire was still downright bugging (Fix those bugs plz xfire.com) but at that point I didn't care much any more. I knew it was only a matter of time before they would get the order done. I was so excited!
I continued to stay up that night and after an hour I noticed my armory... 2.7k rating!

I'm from the EU and i would like to share my story on how i ended up using Arenarating.com, how the communication went and how the order was completed. At first i was hesitant to use services where you need to give access to your account to somebody else. I played WoW for to long to risk losing everything to some hacker etc . Therefore, before ordering anything, i mailed Arenarating.com with loads of questions about them, their methods, and all kinds of stuff really. I have to admit that at that point, a lot depended on the answer I would receive if they could convince me to order the gladiator speed package.
I never imagined to get a mail back but within 18hours I received a response with full detailed answers on all my questions. You could tell there was a lot of work put into the mail and its content convinced me to at least try them out.
I placed my order and wrote a lot of mails to them, each again, answered in detail within less then 24hours. It didn't take to long until I got good news from them. They found me a team of players and I didn't need to transfer off the server! They transferred to me instead! AWSOME. HONEST/PRO these guys are the real deal. I bought 2200 personal arena rating and xfer to me in eu servers and they have completed my order in hours with only few losses from begining to 2200 rating even the priest is in horrible gear. thats why they are PRO and BEST!
