First thing is to regain control of your account. Recover your password through the Blizz website.
Next, contact them when they come online. They have done work on 2 of my accts without issue, but at least make them aware that an issue might exist.
It might just be coincidence that you got hacked right after this service, but at least give them a chance to look into it.

Ok I don't know what the [censored] is going on but I paid these guys for arena ratings service and woke up this morning with an email notifying my account password has just been changed and none of their AIM contact names are online...I feel like I just got completely scammed here

We currently have many people who want to buy gladiator but are missing one class.
If you are a priest, druid, or paladin, who is looking to purchase gladiator title/mount etc... please contact us, we will most likely have a team to put you on.
Also, if you are a ret paladin and want to purchase gladiator title, we probably have a spot for you as well.
Any other questions about gladiator title or any other rating you want to purchase, please contact us on aim.

Just wanted to let everyone know of my experience with SpecializedMMO.
In a word: amazing.
I initially ordered 2200, for T2 S7 weps, but after seeing how professional and courteous Specialized is, I upgraded my order to a Gladiator run.
I also ordered 10 games a week, and they are ALWAYS completed on time. Specialized is always available on AIM as well to discuss the progress of your order.
I would recommend SpecialiedMMO's services without hesitation to anyone. Thanks bud!
