A ******* account is hacked (stolen) by using bruteforce.
Not sure what a carded account is. Never heard of it.

If you see members selling ******* accounts, please report them. It is not allowed.

Carded account are even worst than hacked one ^^
Carded: games / gift card was paid with a stolen credit card xD
