• Irreversible upgrades are confirmed when needed.
• Random loot, PvP encounters and extraction outcomes are not guaranteed unless specifically included.
• Party/carry services that do not require login can be arranged separately where available.
• Account credentials are only required for account-based/pilot services.

COMPENSATION

If an accepted service cannot be completed, the customer may choose an adjusted target, replacement booster where available, or a refund for the unfinished portion.

RNG-dependent item drops and competitive leaderboard outcomes are not refundable unless a specific result was explicitly guaranteed.

REQUIRED BOOSTING TERMS

• Method: All account-based boosting is performed manually BY HAND. No bots, macros, cheats, scripts or unauthorized third-party software are used.
• Exploits: No bugs, exploits, dupes or abuse of normal game systems are used.
• Free stream: A free live stream of the service is available upon request for hand-leveling/account-based orders.
• Booster location: Boosters are available from Eastern Europe / EU / NA. The actual country of the assigned booster is disclosed before payment.
• VPN / Proxy: No VPN or proxy is used by default. A dedicated VPN matching the customer’s region may be used only if requested and agreed before payment.
• Customer login between sessions: Yes. The customer must coordinate first and wait at least 1 hour after the booster confirms they are fully logged out. Simultaneous logins are not allowed.
• Ban compensation: If the account receives a game ban during the service or within 2 days after completion, and the ban is reasonably attributable to our boosting activity, the customer receives a 100% refund of the affected service price.
• Account changes: Password, email, security settings and linked accounts are never changed unless the customer explicitly requests and approves the change.
• Spending: Premium currency, valuable items and irreversible resources are not spent without customer approval.
