Reputation is maxed everywhere except Sumeru, where bounties and requests are unlocked.
Some places have maxed out exploration. Most do not.
Abyss is 36*able with ease. Raiden National, Yoimiya vape, Thoma Burgeon, Ganyu Melt, Raiden Hypercarry, Taser, Hu Tao double Hydro, its all possible. If you need help, I could help guide you. Even Freeze is possible, Kokomi/Mona + Ganyu, but you would need to farm artifacts for that for Ganyu.
10 Characters are level 90, talents maxed pre crown, some have crown. 11 4*s are lvl 80 with talents maxed.
