Mine hutao, eula, xinqiu, xiao, raiden, fischl and beidou are decently built. other characters also have good enough artifacts, but they could be improved.
As for the world all oculi are collected (all archont statues are max level), sakura tree is at lvl50, serenetea pot is at lvl 10.
About accounts current pity: last wish I got zhongli, so the next 5* is 50/50. so keep that in mind.
