Very unprofessional. Won't respond to resolve a case involving an account he/she sold that was recalled by the original owner.

I gave her almost a week to respond to my pm, but I guess he/she doesn't care so i'll just leave a negative feedback here. He/she won't respond to my pm altho she promised to resolve once the Genshin Account that i've bought from him/her gets recalled back by the first owner since she's a reseller. I suggest beware on buying account's from him/her.
