REALLY easy to remember UID. Usually on around 1500 artifacts, with tons of good ones. Raiden Shogun is exceptionally built (except for 5* weapon since I'm a low spender).

I'm not sure how to answer the second question since I don't know how recalls are dealt with, but I've sold two accounts on Epic NPC already, and both had no issues on my part
