Potential Scammer Alert. Didnt refund the money, ignore conversation

Sadly i have to leave this scam alert. Seller was nice in communication but i guess its just fake after all.
The Account got reclaimed ("by someone") and this seller said he will refund me the money after a week. Unfortunately there is no reply ever since, so I assume this seller is the scammer after all. Incase this ever gets resolved and the seller gets back to me, I'll have this feedback deleted. If not, this feedback stays and this seller is a Scammer.
Any information needed in this case, can be provided
