Bought the account and it got pulled, asked for updates/refund and never responded after

I bought the account from this guy, the account got pulled within the next 2-3 days, I ask if he pulled the account and he said 'no'. He contacts the previous owner and same thing, they didn't pull the account. He contacts mihoyo acc recovery and says he'll update me when anything happens (eta is 10-14 business days). I contact him about two weeks later asking if there was any update, no response. A total time of a month has gone by and he still has not updated me about anything and now I feel like I've been scammed. Don't trust this guy unless you want to get ur acc potentially scammed out of you and never get a response.
