this account most definitely didn't spend 15 hundred bucks and 430 achievements isn't even close to the average achievement hunting score of 460ish. also you forgot to censor your uid in one of the pictures. who are you trying to fool?

I don't know the guy and don't wanna vouch for anyone, but it's very possible that a 24x5 star has 1500€ spent counting battle passes and welkins.
To roughly compare, my personal account has ~1300-1400€ spent and I have 29x5 star (mad luck on early 5 stars, he could've been unlucky hitting soft pity very often).
It's not a 10x5 star account trying to be sold as a high spending account, I see no reason to ruin other people's sales without any proof.

I can't imagine this account having spent more than 500 considering I cashed in around 350 myself and had to get to around 80 ish pity for every five star with the exception of 1 weapon. the cons on the standard 5 stars seem to be unlucky I admit but not 1000 bucks unlucky absolutely no way. my account comes close to this one with only 1AR more and having spent 1.2k less? they're also setting the price extremely low for that investment. I doubt anybody wouldn't at least try to get a third of what they paid back?

After a certain point money gives you very few 5 stars without luck, could be that it's 1000 and not 1500, it's still a valuable enough account I'd say.
Price is made by the market, you can put a reasonable one and sell or dream about taking back what you spent. I've tried myself to get something back and decided to keep it instead rather than selling cheap, if he's willing to take a loss for it he'll have his reasons, be it quitting or that he found something to buy for a good price.
It isn't too nice to judge other people's sales if they're somewhat reasonable, he's not selling a whale account for 50€ nor he's asking 1k for a f2p one..
